It’s all in the details

Kristen and I have long talked about getting sturdy digital cameras for the children, and they arrived yesterday. In this post I'll put up pictures taken by our middle son, Brennan (7).

We decided on the Fisher-Price Kid-Tough Digital Camera. Blue for all of them, because we’ve learned that it’s just better that they all be exactly the same. The only difference is that each camera has their name written on the bottom in permanent marker.

Brennan self portrait

Brennan clearly has a unique point of view for his subjects. He's taken a whole series of pictures of the Van and Plow Truck. Up close details of things from the license plates, to rust spots on the plow, the antenna, etc. He also found a survey marker for the pretty much irrelevant easement to the back 5 acres.

All of the older three took pictures of themselves, so I'll start with, and feature Brennan's self portrait.

Love these. Brennan, you have a good steady hand when you take your pictures.
